the sun was just starting to set when a lone figure was limping into a cave that was near a beach, a small trail of blood following behind him. The lone figure was a quadruped dragon with gashes all over his body. it had two light blue horns coming out of his head with a fin like ear in front of each horn. The scales on its underbelly were a light blue that looked like blue ice and the rest of his body was covered by scales that were whiter than the freshest snow from a snow fall and semmed to glimmer form the fading light of the sunset. The dragon's claws were also the same color as his horns and were also covered in blood. The dragon was about 30 feet in length from snout to tail with a wing span of 20 feet. The membrane on its wings was a deeper blue and seemed to catch the sunlight in them. There were a few gashes in his wings so he wasn't able to fly that far or for that long. The dragon's tail alone was about 10 feet in length with dark blue fur just covering the end of the tail. The dragon had light blue spikes starting from his neck and going down his tail. He had a little bit of dark blue fur on his head between his horns and went down the dragon's neck to where the spikes start. His neck was about five feet in length as well. The dragon was also carrying a bag of different colored stones in his mouth when he let it drop to the ground when he was inside the cave. The dragon decided to lie down where he was and thought that he was far enough inside the cave.
He closed his eyes and started to drift off to sleep and started to dream of when he was younger and his twin brother was still with him and not yet turned evil. He also dreamed of his closest friend that he had as well. His brother and his friend wwere both quadruped dragons as well. His brother had black scales covering him from head to tail. His underbelly had gray scales and he was the same length as his brother. He also had a wing span of 20 feet and the membrane of his wings was black with a small claw on the end of each wing. He also had a small amount of fur on the end of his tail and on this head but the color of it was blood red with the same colored spikes going down his neck to his tail. His neck was also five feet in length and had two gray horns on the top of his head with two fin like ears in front of them. His claws were also gray and looked sharp enough to rip through metal. Both of them were almost complete oposites in looks and in personality. He remembered their parents using their own scales to make specialized stones that carried the souls of different dragons in them. He remembered how they only made about sixty stones befor an angry mob of villagers came to their cave to kill them. The dream the white dragon was having was when they were younger and was back in the early 1200's in England. The two dragons were no more than a couple of years old at the time and were hiding out in a cave.
"I can't believe that they just killed mom and dad for no reason like that," the white dragon said, crying.
"The humans thought that we might hurt them, and they were probably right," the black dragon said through gritted teeth.
"But why, we wouldn't have done anything to them. We would've been able to live in peace with them," the white dragon said.
"I don't care, right now I just wish that they were all dead," the black dragon said.
"How can you say that, Karayan, they don't know that we exist, I say that we just leave," the white dragon said shocked.
"Look around, Arnon, we are the last two dragons on earth, how are our species supposed to survive when the last two dragons are brothers. We don't even know if she survived as well," Karayan said angrily.
Arnon could sense a darkness growing in his brother's heart and started to get worried.
"What about those special stones that mom and dad made with their scales before they died," Arnon said.
"What's sssso sssspecial about them?" Karayan said as his voice started to have a hissing sound to it.
When Karayan was talking, the darkness that was in his heart atarted to envelop him with a dark mist.
"They said that those rocks would be able to help us bring our species back to life," Arnon said while noticing the voice change and the dark mist around Karayan.
"But how are they ssssuppossssed to work," Karayan said.
"They said that all we had to do was give a rock to a human and have him or her crush it and they would turn into a dragon," Arnon said.
"Really now, and how do they jusssst turn into dragonssss," Karayan said with a raised eye ridge.
"Dad said that each stone has the soul of a different dragon and when the stone is broken, the dragon's soul bonds with the human soul and spirt," Arnon said and was getting even more worried about Karayan.
"Doessss the dragon take over the human'ssss mind," Karayan asked.
"No, the human is in complete contol, it's just a matter of whether the certain human is pure hearted or has evil in their heart. Mom said that we can put our own energy into the stones to help them choose," Arnon said.
"Thankssss, that'ssss all I needed to know," Karayan said and ran off towards the place where the rocks were.
Arnon was right behind him, but before he could catch him, Karayan let out a stream of fire at Arnon. Arnon tried to dodge the fire attack, but was knocked backwards into the wall of the cave. The moment Arnon hit the floor of the cave, he was unconscious. He woke up about an hour later to find that Karayan had taken practically all of the stones. Arnon walked over to his dead parent's bodies and lay down by them and started crying. It was nighttime already and Arnon just cried himself to sleep. The next morning, Arnon was awakened by Alvarie, a femle dragon that was Arnon's closest friend. Alvarie was a white dragon as well. She had a light pink underbelly and her white scales were whiter than freshly fallen snow as well. They even seemed to be whiter than Arnon's white scales. The membrane of her wings were a light pink instead of a dark blue like Arnon's wings were and this was how they could tell the difference between each other. The fur she had on her tail and head was a dark pink color as well along with two white horns and white claws to match. The spikes going down her back were also white. The two of them were so close that they could almost know what each other was thinking when they looked each other in the eye.
"Arnon are you okay?" Alvarie said.
"Alvarie, I thought you were killed along with you parents," Arnon said groggily.
"No, they had me hide in the back of our cave before those humans came," Alvarie said with a tear coming down from her eye.
"Same here," Arnon said.
"Where are Karayan and the stones?" Alvarie said as she looked around.
"Something's wrong with him, he knocked me out and took all the stones. He has a great evil in his heart and wants to kill all of the humans," Arnon said as he got up.
"Did you tell him how the stones work," she said with a worried look on her face.
"Yes I did. I just feel so stupid about doing that," Arnon said.
They soon noticed that a white light was starting to envelop both of them ans was surpised by it. While they were talking, a light was reflecting off of something from the rising sun. Both Arnon and Alvarie walked over to where the light was coming from and found 10 different colored stones lying in a spot that Karayan didn't look when he took the rest of the stones. Arnon and Alvarie looked at each other and started crying. They decided to take the rest of the stones and try to hide them so that Karayan could not find them. Little did they know that Karayan was watching them leave the cave with the rest of the stones that he had missed.
"Ssssso, Alvarie sssssurvived assss well, and it lookssss like they found the resssst of the sssstonessss that I misssssed, well at leassst three of them that I didn't misssss when I poured my own evil energy into one of the white onessss along with two of the other onessss," Karayan said and started to laugh and flew off with the rest of the stones.
Little did they know that eight of the stones that Arnon and Alvarie had were very special stones for they held within them the souls of fome of the most powerful dragons that ever lived. Karayan knew about the two white stones but not about the six other stones and didn't even know that he was a very different dragon as well. Centuries passed as the three dragons got bigger and stronger. Karayan didn't use the stones right away, but used the idea that Alvarie and Arnon came up with. He shoose different hiding places for the stones over the years but kept one of them to give to the first human he thought was worthy enough to have it. The stone that he kept was a black one and he decided to give ti to a female human who had darkness in her heart like he did. Alvarie and Arnon decided to separate and hid the stones themselves. Alvarie took two of the stones to hide in what is now North America. She had used some of her own energy on them but didn't even know that both of the rocks that she had had already been injected with Karayan's evil energy. Arnon could not shake the feeling that he was getting about the eight stones and figured that he should hold onto them instead of hiding them like Alvarie did. He remembered his mom telling him about the eight stones and how they held the souls of the strongest dragons that ever lived. He was also getting a feeling that he would soon meet some people that would be the right ones for the two white stones along with the other six stones. Arnon and Alvarie tried to make sure they stayed out of sight so the humans wouldn't see them, but every once in a while a human child or adult would catch a glimpse of them. They also didn't keep in contact for fear that Karayan would follow one of them and try to get the rest of the stones from them.
Pretty soon Arnon was awakened from his sleep by three voices coming from outsid e the cave and noticed that is was already morning. He recognized the voices as three human children, two boys and a girl. He could sense that there was no evil in their hearts, just curiosity and one more emotion that he couldn't quite get a hold of. He started getting the same feeling that he had centuries ago when he heard the human children. He was wondering if these three human were the ones that he should give the stones to. He decided to just wait and see. He was also worried about what would happen if his brother would find them before he could give the stones to the human children. He just hoped that none of those dragons that attacked him didn't follow him.
"Hey, guys, look what I found," one voice said.
"What did you find Jeff," another voice said.
"It looks like a blood trail," the first voice said.
"Where does it lead to," the third voice said.
"It looks like it goes into the cave over there, Rachael," the second voice said.
"I don't think we should go in there, Tommy. There could be a wounded animal in there," the third voice said with a hint of worry in her voice.
"It could be, but it could also be an injured person in there," the first voice said.
Pretty soon Arnon saw three shadows at the entrance of the cave and was not moving an inch.
"Is there anybody in there," the first voice said.
"Hopefully these three human children will be able to stop my brother and his plans when they are older, and I just hope that Alvarie is alright," Arnon thought to himself quietly.
"I don't like this, Jeff, it's just too creepy," the girl said.
"Well, I'm gloing in there to see if whoever is in there is alright," the first boy said.
"Same here," the second boy said.
"I'm not staying out here by myself," the girl said.
Arnon slowly raised his head and was getting ready to see the three children walk into the cave.
This is a small story that I got permission from Farm-Fresh to write about how the stone that his character found supposedly came into existence. He wanted to hear my idea on how the stones came to be, but he is writing his own version.

Wow, this could use a serious grammar overhaul.
